Coating method classification

Electrogalvanized steel plate: electrogalvanized steel plate coating is thin (about 0-160 grams per square meter), the performance of the substrate is not affected by the electrogalvanized process, mainly used in automobiles, home appliances, electrical, color coated substrates, etc., generally need to be painted, should not be used directly in the open air

Zinc layer adhesion: under normal conditions, Z+ numbers indicate the weight of zinc layer on both sides of the galvanized sheet per square meter, for example: Z10 Z120(Z12) Z180(Z18) indicates that the amount of zinc on both sides per square meter is 100 grams 120 grams 180 grams

Zinc flower classification

Large zinc flower (general zinc flower) : after hot dipping plating of steel plate under the condition of zinc liquid containing antimony or lead, zinc grains grow freely in the normal solidification process

Small zinc flower (fine zinc flower) : because of controlling the crystal growth of zinc flower, so the surface grain structure is small; Because the surface is uniform, the surface quality after coating is good; The coating property is better than the conventional zinc flower

No zinc flower (zero zinc flower) : because the zinc particle growth is completely controlled in the molten zinc fixed-line process, it is difficult to see the zinc flower with the naked eye; Because the surface is uniform, the surface quality after painting is excellent

Polished zinc flower: molten zinc solidified after leveling to obtain a very smooth surface; Because the surface is smooth, the surface quality after painting is good.
